Prior to founding Altaflex, Mr. Jung held various sales, marketing,
and business development positions at Mektec (Nippon Mektron), Nitto
Denko, Sheldahl, and was a consultant for a start-up flex circuit
manufacturer. Mr. Jung holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Technology (Electronic Engineering) from San Jose State University
and an M.B.A. (Management) from California State University,
Hayward.
Alan Jung

Mr. Jung has held positions in the EDA and semiconductor industry.
Mr. Jung was the Group Director, Marketing Asia Pacific and member
of the Senior Leadership Council for Cadence Design Systems (EDA
software). Mr. Jung has also held various management positions at
Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI). Mr.
Jung’s last position at SEMI was Regional Director of Southeast Asia
responsible for establishing and operating offices in Taiwan and
Singapore. Mr. Jung holds a Bachelor of Science and Master in
Business Administration (MBA).
Phillip Jung
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Jung has held engineering positions at Quantum and Western
Digital in the areas of hard disk drive development and performance
improvement from component to system level. Mr. Jung holds a
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa
Clara University.
Rose Chang
Director of Quality
Ms. Chang has held product development and systems engineering
positions at Trimble Navigations and Savi Technology. Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from
San Francisco State University.
